Written FCPA and anti-bribery policy, counterparty screening criteria, beneficial-ownership diligence and payment controls before any counterparty contact of substance.
Step 5
Technical and environmental work
Engineering studies, environmental and social review, permitting, and independent verification of any technical assumption before it is published as more than a concept.
