- No Trump likeness, signature, photograph, campaign imagery or slogan is used anywhere on this site or in any company material.
- No official government seal, insignia or partner logo is displayed, because no such relationship exists.
- The company recommends and intends to obtain a formal trademark and name-clearance opinion from qualified intellectual-property counsel before any commercial use of the proposed name.
- If clearance counsel advises against the name, the company would change it.
